As my mentor Tony Robbins says, whatever we focus on expands and this certainly seems to be the case with my “Strong of Arm” blue key. As you know a part of this has been to heal my diabetes. A monumental feat I thought at the outset. However the following posts will get you up to speed on progress:
The last of these had me communing at St Dunstan’s Chapel in Glastonbury Abbey and suggested that this (self-healing) was not something to be overly concerned with, it would happen. Indeed that it was inevitable as a consequence of my quest.
Of course this didn’t stop me wondering about the hows and wherefores of this healing. After all it is deemed (by most of the medical profession) to be an inevitable illness.
- Can I just at this moment say a big “Ha!” to that!
Again in a previous post you will recall that I had a virtually-the-next-day synchronistic moment some 250 miles away in a talk given by one of my other mentors Wayne Dyer. (Ask and Ye shall be given post)
To get to the gist of this post, this morning around 5:50am my phone pinged and woke me. It was a message from my Beau in NYC (it only being 1am for her). The message was direction to a YouTube video about connecting with the divine.
Still a bit bleary eyed I listened and watched this with my usual emotional connection and found that at the end of it I was energised enough to reach across and switch my radio on, which is almost consistently tuned in to Classic FM. As I did the clock ticked 6pm and the news began on the station, I lay back my mind still on the video I had seen, when a few words of the news (I rarely, if ever, listen to the news) caught my attention. The word that caught me was “Diabetes” my focus switched rapidly to what was being said…
- “Researchers in Newcastle University cure type 2 diabetes”
What! What! Even before the news item had finished my trusty iPhone was in hand and I was googling for the news item. A quick read of it, gave me the gist…
- “7 out of 11 in a study had had their diabetes in remission with the simple application of a diet…”

Being rather adept at googling, I delved and delved until I got to the actual published scientific paper on their experiment and findings (see this link). As I read the paper, I started to laugh and laugh even more, it was incredulous. In brief then, here is their methodology…
- Extreme deprivation of the body of energy through a diet that amounts to about 600 calories a day has the (rather obvious) effect of drastic weight loss.
- The diet consisted of vegetable juices for the main part. In terms of physical exercise, carry on as normal.
- It also included a nutrition filled juice that made up for missing vitamins, minerals etc.
At the culmination of the experiment (12 weeks) 7 of the 11 had not only remission in their diabetes but their body was actively healing and returning to normal functionality.
As I was digesting the rather complex medical journal report I was laughing so loud that my neighbours banged on the wall.
Consider for a moment…from following my blue key to NYC, I met up with nutritionist after nutritionist, and then fell remarkably in love with a lass who promotes a raw food (mostly juiced) diet. Add to this that she is also a promoter of Vemma, a company that creates highly nutritional drinks.
Not being a one to ignore such powerful signs I have adopted a virtually raw food diet, sans juicer for making veg/green juices. So my diet for the last 3 weeks has been pretty much raw veg. This has led to a drastic weight loss. Another consequence has been that I have grown a liking for almonds, which the dowsing rods confirmed were good for healing myself.
Then a couple of weeks ago I got an email from Gwas that had a link to a news item…”Almonds help with diabetes” (See here). Seriously!
All in all, it seems that I am walking the path and then signs appear that tell me that the path I am walking is spot on! You truly couldn’t make this stuff up!
