It had been an excellent day so far and there was no reason why it shouldn’t continue as such. So it was a surprise when we arrived at the top of Cat Stone hill looking for a sacred site. From the picture that we had it seemed that this was both a large site and with good visibility. But we trampled a goodly amount of land upon the hill with no success. The dowsing rods suggested a direction in which it lay. But we couldn’t figure how that would be the case and so ignored them.
Whilst I pondered the problem, Gwas being more practical, wandered off to look further a field. After a while he shouted across that he had found it and (this should not be new to us know) in the direction the Rods had stipulated. Doh!
I followed Gwas’s directions and found the site about 100 feet from where I was looking. As I walked in and around the site I felt that it was devoid of energy. I mentioned this to Gwas and he confirmed that that was indeed the case. Since Gwas is more the Earth energy guy than I am, I suggested he do something about. After playing with the Rods for a few minutes, he concurred but asked for my help.
During his investigation I had examined the perimeter of the site and found a huge tree in the ploughed field next to the site. It seemed to me that this tree could provide a wonderful source of energy to awaken the site. I asked the rods to confirm this and they did. Here is where intuition really pays its way because as I walked towards the tree I felt that I could create a nice curved path of energy into the site behind me. But how to guide that energy? From experience I know that crystals shape energy paths so I found several large pieces of quartz in the field and placed them in order to create an energetic path. You might wonder whether the crystals were already doing this in the random places they were, however the secret ingredient is intention.
Gwas had brought along his single bowl which provided an excellent metronome for me to send energy along the path I had created into the sacred site beyond the hedge. So the scene was set. Gwas working on the inside, me working on the outside.
Gathering my intention I pulled together energy into a vortex and then as I hit the singing bowl, I pushed the energy with the sound into the crystal groove that I had created. Like water flowing into a tube I sent the energy in a Victor Schauberger spiral down and around into the sacred site. It was an awe inspiring experience both visually and physically.
I continued this for about 15 minutes and then felt a change coming back upstream. My thought was that Gwas had concluded his work so I stopped and walked back around the hedge into the site only to find that two young girls had come into the site and were sitting on a stone opposite Gwas. That was what I had felt, a change in energies. Nevertheless, Gwas had indeed stopped his work so it seems that our work had concluded. I felt the need to return to my seat outside the sacred area and walk along a more energised path back. Following a more curvaceous route into the site, the rods took me to a place just in front of Gwas and I laid some crystal pieces that I had collected at his feet as a sign of gratitude.
Measuring the strength and balance of the site concluded that we had indeed been of great benefit to the place. Job done and of course the sun shone bright upon the conclusion of our efforts. Fabulous!
