A few miles west of Avebury is the village of Yatesbury in Wiltshire, whose nearby fields hosted a June crop circle in the intricate shape of a phoenix – the legendary bird of resurrection. To my way of thinking these intricate designs demand we pay more attention to finding out the source of these unusual formations.
