Readers will know that I am on a quest (oh no not another one!) It began with a yearning to visit the Oracle of Delphi last year and is currently in the form of seeking 9 questions. This evening we were returning to one of our favourite sacred sites and one where we have gained favourable experiences on many an occasion. On this occasion I was filled with purpose. The last time I had climbed the steps to this august site I had asked whether I could gain any understanding or knowledge of what I was to do once the questions had been gathered (discovered). The answer at that time was to Go South and claim another question before returning.

This, I had now done and was ready to gain the promised understanding. It was late evening when we arrived at the top of the magnificent Dinas Bran. As is my modus operandi, I asked whether I could do anything for the Genius Loci (the spirit of the place). The answer was No. Then I asked whether I had performed the necessary tasks to claim the knowledge from the Genius Loci, the answer was a resounding Yes.

Using the rods it took me to the window of the energy double (as I have now come to call it) where I was to be energetically prepared. I’ve been asked a few times what that means and the answer I have is that it is a place that aligns ones energy to be more receptive to commune. Does that work for you? Sitting down in the window I looked out upon the vista and was presumably being aligned.

After a while I arose and determined that I was ready to go and seek a commune with the awesome awareness that was Bran. As you can see from the image, I was taken to a truly auspicious seat. Sitting, in what seemed to be a throne, I opened myself up to commune and was filled with images. I saw the Dragons Soul book open within me and all the questions arise from within. Glowing and in a kind of block form they spun before me forming a pyramid. My awareness seemed to move forward until I was within the centre. There I found a glowing orb. As I reached out to touch it it vanished and I was left with a knowing that I had to somehow assemble the questions into a pyramid and that within that shape was what I was seeking. Whether this was a metaphorical or literal creation is still to be determined.
