In the previous post I relate how we found the Twin stones and how Gwas initiated the Carnac Engine. Here is the conclusion of that experience and how I came to gain the Earth Element that Caileach had quested me to obtain.
With the wheel still spinning I opened my eyes, something had changed. I saw Gwas sit up from his stone too. It seemed that we were done. I stood up and walked around to the gap and back to where Gwas was stood. “We need to swap,” he said and walked to the stone I had by.
Having swapped positions, I knelt with my back against the twin stone and let the vision unfold. This time I saw the engine in reverse. Gwas pushed some energy into the machine and this time so did I. I felt that it was both male and female energy going into the maelstrom.
And then, quite to my surprise three pebbles of energy formed with the wheel as if they had travelled from the other side and plopped into my hand. They were warm to the touch. I looked down into my palm at these phantom stones and knew that they represented the Earth Element that I had come here to seek.
As I looked at them, I got a sense of their vibration…

I closed my hands about the stones and felt that I had absorbed their resonance within me. With that act of power I knew that my quest as far as the Element was concerned was complete.
