Perhaps I am getting a bit pedantic, there is a saying that is doing the rounds at the moment which basically alludes to “Everything has a meaning” I have got to say that I don’t ascribe to this universally applicable statement. However, I have started to take not of some minutia when we are sacred journeys. Just to see if relevance pops her head up later.
We had just finished up at the Carnac Engine and both Gwas and I’s quests had been completed. So what better moment to enjoy a well deserved rest and ice-cream.
We had one final place to go before we were done for the day. We were still amongst the avenue of Carnac and came across a sign for the Tumulus that we were looking for. As we approached the arch that led to the mound we saw a sign for a restaurant. Sadly it was closed for food but the restaurateur – a bubbly asian fellow – kindly agreed to let us have ice-cream.
As Gwas and I sat in the sun and enjoyed our desert the restaurateur came up to and asked about my parentage and descendants. I gave him the answers he was looking for and he responded with some of his Indian heritage. My parents were from Pakistan, but 60 odd years ago that country didn’t exist and the whole area was called India.
The short conversation led Gwas and me to speculate about ancestry. Was this a clue as to the importance of ancestry? After all, ancestry is an Earth resonant characteristic.
Just a thought…

Maybe ‘Everything has meaning’ would be more apt? I feel the web we wander has many dimensions – 60 years is less than a blink of an eye
Hello Wordstone,
A “blink of an eye” indeed! What wonders we have learned and what amazing wonders are yet to unfold.
