Sunset at the Druids Circle 3/3 Primal Scream

Healing, Quickie

Healing therapies abound when it comes to primal screams. Here is what wiki has to say on the matter of primal screams. It was the conclusion of our latest visit to the Druids Circle. A sacred site par excellence I have to say. I was stood at – what seems my usual spot – between the circle and the ocean and setting sun. The sun had set a few minutes ago and I was enjoying the last vestiges of fire blazing across the ocean and the crimson sky to boot.

It was at that very moment that I felt an urge. It arose from the ground (or perhaps roots is a better word) and filled me up to the brim. There was the briefest moment where a struggle ensued within me between my social self (and its acceptable behaviour norms) and the self within that needed to rage. The moment was over in an instant and a scream burst forth. Like a piston that had shot a pounding ball of fire from the depth of my body and out from my mouth. The scream continued for several moments cleansing my inner being. And then just as immediately it was done.
