Nine stones close and the missing links

Quests

I was confused. I had been informed that I had collected the nine questions that formed my quest to uncover (or reveal) the Dragons Soul Book. However looking through the questions I had noted, I found only seven. What is the deal here?

I got our list of sacred sites and divined which to visit in order to do some figuring. Had the nine been indeed revealed? If not, what to do? After perusing and dowsing the list of sites I found that an acceptable site was Nine Stones Close in Derbyshire. Gwas was busy with the mundane world so it was left to me to go on my lonesome.

An hour and half and I was there. A lot muddier than last time we visited. But hey! Nine stones close has to be on my fave list to visit. Particularly since I helped the tree regenerate its aura a few years ago (in fact in 2009). I skipped over to the tree and extended greetings. The lovely oak always has a good word for me and this time was no exception.

But I had work to do and so I got immediately to it, after asking my customary, “Is there anything I can do to help this place?” No. Good! On to my work then…

  • Could I ask questions about my quest? Yes
  • Had I received all nine of the questions? Yes

This confused me as I was expecting a “No”. I had written down the 7 questions I had already and so for each of the questions I asked, “Is this a question from the book?” and for each I got a yes. What was left then? Surely I had written up all nine questions on the blog? Had I forgotten to do so? Was it lost in the ether? Or indeed in the blog?

I asked whether I had written the posts up? Although I wondered whether the rods could answer this question. “No” was the answer at any rate. I spent several minutes asking all sorts of questions and finally came up with the simple and very exasperating result.

The two missing questions had been given, but I had missed them. How could I have missed them? But I had, somewhere in my memory they exists. Could I find them by seeking further sacred sites? No. I would have to find some other means of discovering them.
