Earlier this year Gwas and I took ourselves once again to the waterfall and castle of Dyserth. We arrived an hour and half before sunset on the 29th August 2013. It was nice to be out again. In a few days time I was off to California for a while and so I felt the need to be out in the depths of Albion as much as possible. Submerge myself in her arms.
As is our practice Gwas and I separated and worked our own individual magic. For me this visit was about deepening my connection with Caileach and Albion so that I would be able to commune with her from across the ocean, a task I have found to be difficult in the past. As I stood by the waterfall in askance, I had the notion to place the stone (which I have and am imbuing with Albion resonance) into the water for preparation. I did this and was then directed to climb up the steps by the side of the waterfall.
Wandering along the edge of the hill away from the waterfall I had the open vista of hills and vales before me. A desire to embrace the view came upon me and I stood looking out at the land, pulling in the energy. Minutes later I was done and returned to gather up the stone from the water and push into it the energy that I had embraced from the land. I turned just in time to see Gwas appear from the side of the waterfall. “I knew you would be here” He said as he approached me, “You’re done, right?” I laughed. A coincidence of course!
