This is a story I recovered from October 2016.
My psychic friend Mike introduced me long ago to a lady named Maddy. Maddy was often in our group when we chatted about esoteric subjects, but their was often an air of sadness about her. She seemed troubled. When we pried gently over the course of many months she revealed that she felt there was something malign about the location where she lived – a beautiful house in the Derbyshire village of Mow Cop.
Mike and I took it upon ourselves to discover more about the place, which Mike had often said was the source of some kind of malevolent energy. We decided to visit the place and do some work “on the ground” to discover more.
We drove up to the village, perched as it is on an outcrop of millstone grit typical of the geology of that area. As soon as we emerged from the car we felt uneasy. We centred our research on the ruins of a castle which was perched at the peak.
As we moved around, Mike sensing, me dowsing, we were finding something interesting. When we reconvened later we both had the same story – there was an energetic “eye” – defined as two endpoints and an iris at the centre of Mow Cop hill. We both felt uncomfortable and quickly decided to retreat to Mike’s house where we would try to discover more remotely.
Back at Mike’s house we got out an OS Map of the area and began some remote dowsing of the “eye”…..
….seconds later we both recoiled quickly. Physically threw ourselves backwards away from the map!
There was a huge vortex of negative energy being drawn down into the centre of the mound on which Mow Cop Castle stood. Now wonder some sensitive people in the area felt uneasy. So, next question – was there something we could do about it? I dowsed out the answers – NO. Why? We both felt that this was a natural energy sink which had a purpose in drawing in and drawing down negative energy deep into the earth in order for it to be “recycled” back to primal energy. It was simply too strong for either or both of us together to do anything to mitigate the energies around Mow Cop. In fact, doing so would interfere with the natural energy cycles of the area.
So, another lesson learned. Not all negative energy needs to be dealt with. Nature has its own way of collecting, recycling, and transmuting these forms of energy without the need for the interference of man. In some instances.
